A baby shower for surrogacy
This was no average mollycoddle cascade. This was for a very dear friend WHO is expecting Gemini the Twins via a deputy. Later on tossing about a few themes with a friend I decreed on baby birds. I didn't want the topic of this party to focus on pregnancy, but rather to concentre on what our dear friends are waiting for – to meet their babies for the foremost metre … some equivalent a mammy dame waits for her coddle birds to hatch from their eggs. Our friends have selected the names so we integrated the initials onto little birdhouses in front of all place setting and onto the jelly beans eggs seance on to each one cupcake.
Clockwise from top:
1. The board setting complete with china plates, bubbly glasses, unsoured plants and sundry birdhouses. Above the table we hung large Martha Jimmy Stewart pom poms.
2. Blueberry bush and custard tarts: Miniskirt filo shells filled with custard and topped with 2 blueberries and grated chocolate.
3. A tiny birdhouse with the first of each baby in social movement of place settings.
4. Blue shuttle cookies – give thanks you to Edelweiss Bakery for making these. If you sleep in the San Diego field, you should really try them. Their cookies are wondrous and if you take in a cookie cutter they will custom make cookies for you.
5. Cupcakes: carrot cake lidded with cream cheese icing, coco mixed with blue food dye and top off are perched a mummy bird watching ended her little eggs.
6. Mixed birdhouses, birds and nests were placed along the dining table.
7. Another larger birdhouse on the dessert table.

Love information technology, love it, love it! I went to Michael's today, and the unfinished wood birdhouses that are on cut-rate sale for $4 were just screaming at me to buy them. Now I may just have to, just to do this shower same day. 🙂
